Melinda Fabiano
Melinda Fabiano is the Founder and President of Fabiano Coaching Group, LLC. FCG provides remote, virtual and on-site leadership development and career management coaching to individuals and teams.
Drawing on more than 20 years of human resources executive and business experience; Melinda is known for developing successful leaders and helping them navigate organizational change and career transitions.
She’s run businesses and led human resources teams inside a handful of major companies, (think RR Donnelley, Roper Technologies, BorgWarner, CenturyLink, GE) so, she’s steeped in the real world, and understands the stresses and demands of balancing a career and living a purposeful life.
Life—not to mention great work—is measured by what we give and how we influence others. Melinda measures her own success by how quickly the trustful rapport she has with her Clients delivers results and influence.
